After spotting these “Boo Chips” there was only one thing to do with them – make Spooky Nachos! These nachos are pizza party themed with pepperoni, cheese, sliced bell pepper, parsley and some red pepper flakes. Perfect for a spooooky movie night or Halloween party. And my nachos even have a secret!..
Secret Ingredients. These fun spooky nachos are vegan! My pizza nachos are made using non-dairy cheese and soy pepperonis. Just as delicious as traditional “pizza” toppings – but made using plant-based ingredients.
So for your Halloween-themed party or movie night, serve up these fun and spooky party nachos!

Spooky Pizza Party Nachos
vegan, serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Boo Potato chips (by Tony’s Fine Foods – bought from Whole Foods)
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese (Daiya or Teese brands melt best)
- 3-5 vegan pepperonis (Tofurky brand used)
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
- pinches of parsley or cilantro
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Directions: Add the cheese and pepperonis to the chips and either microwave on high until the cheese melts – or place in oven on broil setting until cheese melts. The heat will also cook the pepperonis. Garnish with the fresh bell peppers, parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm!
