One of my favorite snacks when I came home from elementary school was soft pretzels with cheddar dip. It was a carb-lover’s delight and I couldn’t get enough of it. These days I make the same snack for my daughter, albeit with a little more pep. I warm up soft pretzels from our local bakery and make this quick, delicious dip right on the stovetop. It only takes a few minutes and guarantees a delicious, creamy dip with a nice kick from the addition of red pepper flakes. You could also add jalapeno peppers too, but my daughter would not eat it if I did that!
