Instructions
- With the hollow sides facing each other, tack two jar lids together with two small pieces of electrical tape. Cover the rims entirely with a length of white sticky-back felt. Trace this disk twice onto the paper side of more white felt, then cut out the circles and adhere one to each side.
- Cut 10 triangles from a piece of red sticky-back felt. Each triangle should reach from the center to the edge of the disk. (We cut our on a slight curve.) Adhere five triangles to each side of the disk.
- Place the disk in the center of a piece of cellophane wrap and fold the wrap over it. Twist the ends tight, secure them with clear tape, and trim any excess.
- To make a hanger, use a needle to pull a loop of embroidery floss through the cellophane and the white felt on the rim of the disk.
