Upside Down Pizza Recipe

Upside Down Pizza Recipe

Sweet Girl likes to cook with me and sometimes she comes up with the meals we make. She found a picture of an upside down pizza in one of my magazines. It was on an ad for a pasta sauce. It looked good to me and easy enough for her to help with so we made it. This pizza was so delicious! I am excited to come up with variations on this dish in the future. It was a lot of fun to make with the kids.  You can even see some of their decorating skills on the pizza crust edges. I would love to hear your ideas for different fillings. Right now I am thinking a spinach and feta combination would make me happy and maybe a cheeseburger pizza for my Little Man.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce
  • 1 package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 can of refrigerated pizza dough

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
