Total Time 30 minutes or less
I love toilet paper tube crafts because I always have them around, they are the right size for little hands to manipulate, and they are easy to paint.
After my toddler painted these ones (she used glow-in-the-dark paint), they were sitting on my counter for several days. After seeing them dozens of times, I suddenly realized they were exactly the right width to be napkin rings!
I cut them into rings and hot-glued on the googly eyes, and, voila! Not-too-spooky napkin rings.
I can't wait to use these for our Halloween dinner.
