Holiday Party Food: Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip

Holiday Party Food: Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip

By Kelsey Banfield

I don’t know about you, but when it comes to holiday entertaining, I have no interest in spending my time shackled to the stove. I want to be out and about with my friends and family, making merry and toasting to the season! Which is one of the reasons I love this delicious dip. It takes minutes to prepare and everyone thinks you slaved over it. It’s creamy, rich and packed with green vegetables. Guests love spreading a warm creamy dollop on butter crackers and rounds of bread while they peruse the buffet. The best part of all is that you can prepare it waayyy in advanced and pop it right in the oven just before guests arrive to warm up. Take it straight to your buffet as everyone settles in, pour yourself some champagne and enjoy the party!
