Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake

vegan, serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 medium organic fuji apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla hemp milk (or soy or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana (use all frozen banana for a more thick “milkshake” like texture)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana (optional for a thicker texture)
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions

Blend in a high speed blender and serve!
