Delicious turkey sliders give the 'ol beef burger a run for its money. Seasoned with garlic and cilantro and topped with spicy chipotle mayo, these burgers will have your guests screaming for more. Mine did!

What you'll need
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 of one chipotle in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 pound lean ground turkey meat
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 mini hamburger buns
Helpful Tip:
Top burgers with peppery Jack cheese.
Want to keep your burgers from shrinking on the grill? Make an indent in the center of each burger with your thumb.

How to make it
- Preheat your outdoor grill or non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and chipotle in adobo. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate while you make your sliders.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix with hands until just combined. Using about 1/4 cup of meat each, form turkey mixture into 6 small sliders. Place sliders on grill or grill pan. Cook sliders about 4 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink inside.
- Place on buns and top with mayo.
