I made these on a whim for my girls recently and they scarfed them down!
And I loved them too - I was immediately scheming ways to use them. My current favorite is with some yogurt and granola for breakfast. Delicious!

What you'll need
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/2" rounds
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil.
- Arrange the banana slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle the honey over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Roast for 15 minutes, until honey is bubbling and the bananas are slightly carmalized. Cool for a few minutes, then serve plain or as a topping.
