This super easy, tasty corn salad gets blended with ranch dressing for a refreshing, healthy side that'll be a surefire mainstay throughout the year. Using Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing, you can create wonderful comfort food in minutes.

What you'll need

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/3 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices of turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 8–10 whole Boston or butter lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons freshly chopped basil

Makes 4-6 servings

How to make it

  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn, onion, turkey bacon, and cherry tomatoes. Gradually stir in the Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing and toss until well coated.
