What you'll need
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 (1-1/2 pound) pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds

How to make it
- In resealable plastic bag mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Add tenderloins and marinate 2 to 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Pat dry tenderloins. On a plate mix brown sugar and honey; place sesame seeds on second plate. Roll tenderloins in sugar mixture and the sesame seeds.
- Cook 20-25 minutes or until tenderloins are cooked through to 160 degrees F. Let rest 5 minutes and slice.
