Sesame Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Sesame Pork Tenderloin

Great as a main course or as an appetizer. This will become a go-to recipe.

What you'll need

  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 (1-1/2 pound) pork tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

How to make it

  1. In resealable plastic bag mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Add tenderloins and marinate 2 to 24 hours.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Pat dry tenderloins. On a plate mix brown sugar and honey; place sesame seeds on second plate. Roll tenderloins in sugar mixture and the sesame seeds.
  3. Cook 20-25 minutes or until tenderloins are cooked through to 160 degrees F. Let rest 5 minutes and slice.
