Create a savory side dish or appetizer in less than 30 minutes. Crimini and button mushrooms are baked in a buttery broth flavored with fresh herbs.

What you'll need
- 6 ounces crimini mushrooms, whole
- 6 ounces white button mushrooms, whole
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 ounce fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ounces unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Crusty bread

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Toss crimini and button mushrooms with turmeric, ginger, rosemary and thyme.
- In a preheated medium sautéed pan add olive oil, then butter. Allow butter time to lightly brown then add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Toss gently, then place in hot oven for 9 minutes (6 minutes if using a convection oven), tossing once halfway through cooking.
- Remove from oven, add soy sauce, gently toss again, and serve in a warm bowl with crusty bread.
