Prep Time 5 minutes
Some homemade things I find just too tedious to do on a regular basis (I tried the homemade tortilla thing a few times and then went right back to buying the store-bought version).
But salad dressing basically involves tossing things in the blender and pressing the button. And they taste SO much better.
This one is tremendously good and perfect for a winter salad! I served it with a salad made of baby kale, crumbled feta, sliced avocado, candied almonds, and grapefruit segments. Even my three-year-old gobbled it down and asked for more!
