When I'm entertaining, especially during the holidays, I make sure everyone has something festive to drink. That includes having a non-alcoholic beverage that's more exciting than water or juice. This "sangria" is made with crisp apple cider and fruit making it not only gorgeous but delicious!

What you'll need
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 can (12 ounces) club soda
- 1 can (12 ounces) chilled ginger ale
- Chilled sparkling apple cider
Notes:
serves 6
How to make it
- In a large pitcher (about 60 ounces), place apple slices, raspberries, and blueberries.
- To the fruit, add ginger ale and club soda. Fill the pitcher with apple cider. Stir. Serve over ice.
