Apple Cider Sangria

When I'm entertaining, especially during the holidays, I make sure everyone has something festive to drink. That includes having a non-alcoholic beverage that's more exciting than water or juice. This "sangria" is made with crisp apple cider and fruit making it not only gorgeous but delicious!

What you'll need

  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 can (12 ounces) club soda
  • 1 can (12 ounces) chilled ginger ale
  • Chilled sparkling apple cider

Notes:

serves 6

How to make it

  1. In a large pitcher (about 60 ounces), place apple slices, raspberries, and blueberries. 
  2. To the fruit, add ginger ale and club soda. Fill the pitcher with apple cider. Stir. Serve over ice.
