- Card stock
- Skinny break-and-shake light stick (we used an 8-inch Lite-Rope bracelet)
- Scissors
Instructions
- Simply punch two holes in a folded card stock heart, then insert a skinny break-and-shake light stick decorated with a heart-shaped point and feathers.
