Materials
- Felt scraps
- Walnut shell halves
- Thread
- Glue
- Markers
- Small marbles
Instructions
- Fold small felt circles in half for ears. Glue together the lower portion of each ear, leaving the back open.
- Glue the ears, a felt tail and whiskers of thread onto a shell half.
- Draw on eyes and a nose with a colored marker.
- Place a marble under their walnut shell bodies, set them on a smooth, inclined surface, and they'll race each other to the finish.
