Cards printed with contact information aren't just for grown-ups. This simple, DIY version — for passing out on the last day of school — can help little ones stay connected during the summer months.

- Index cards
- Mailing labels
- Markers
- Colored pencils
- Stickers
- Tape
Instructions
To make a batch, fold several index cards (ours are 3 by 5 inches) as shown.
Print your desired contact information onto mailing labels (ours are 1 by 2 5/8 inches), then adhere one to the inside of each card.
Use markers, colored pencils, and stickers to decorate the cards. Fold them up and seal them with stickers or tape.
