I have to admit, I had never heard of spaghetti tacos before my kids saw them on one of their favorite tv shows – I Carly. I had to see the episode to believe it. But after some coaxing and begging {they really wanted to try these} we gave in and made them. They’re really fun and the kids loved them. We have a wonderful recipe compliments of Old El Paso below for their Fiesta Spaghetti Tacos so you can make them now too! Go ahead and put a twist on your Taco Night!
