Have you ever seen a tart this pretty? And guess what, it’s an ICE CREAM TART. Yes, it’s another decadent dessert using Starbucks ice cream. As if that wasn’t delicious enough, it’s topped off with an arrangement of fresh fruit. Besides being decadent and delicious, it only takes about 15 minutes to prep and then you’ll pop it into the freezer for an hour. It’s an easy make ahead dessert that will wow your family or friends!

Glazed Fruit & Vanilla Ice Cream Tart {recipe and photo compliments of Starbucks}

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Starbucks® Caramel Sauce
  • 9-inch chocolate pie crust
  • 2 pints Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, slightly softened
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves, melted

What to do:

1. Pour caramel sauce into pie crust, then spoon in Starbucks® Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Ice Cream, smoothing to make even layer.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and press smooth. Freeze 1 hour or overnight.

3. To serve, top with fruit, then brush fruit with apricot preserves using pastry brush.
