Spicy Ginger Mango Salad Recipe

Spicy Ginger Mango Salad

Serves: 2 – 4

Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch each sea salt, black pepper, and ground cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  1. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Whisk in the olive oil with a fork. Add the salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Toss the dressing over the mango chunks, fold in the cilantro, and finish with the red pepper flakes.
