Grilled Cheese with Sage and Apples
Veggie Stuffed Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Grilled Cheese: Smoked Mozzarella, with roasted tomatoes and arugula
Ingredients
- 4 individual ciabatta rolls
- Half of a ball of smoked mozzarella thinly sliced
- 1 tub of roasted tomatoes
- 1 large handful of arugula
- cooking spray
Directions
- Spray the outside of the ciabatta. Place a layer of smoke mozzarella followed by a layer of roasted tomatoes, then arugula and finish with a few sliced of the mozzarella. Heat griddle over medium, place the sandwiches on the griddle once heated and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until bread is golden brian and cheese is melted. Serves 4 lucky people.
