Bacon is a must for any special breakfast or brunch – and Mothers’ Day is the brunchiest day of the year! If you’re looking to do something a little different – and a way to prepare bacon in large batches that won’t splatter the stovetop – try baked bacon, doused in cinnamon-sugar and twisted before going into the oven. Twisting each piece also makes them a little fancier, but as a bonus they take up less space on the sheet, allowing you to make more at one time. The result – crispy, chewy, sticky-sweet bacon twists that are easy to eat with your fingers – perfect for breakfast in bed.
