Raspberry Lemonade Jello Squares Recipe

Raspberry Lemonade Jello Squares Recipe

By Ole & Shaina Olmanson

Jello is fun. It jiggles. It wiggles. It’s brightly colored and fun to eat, especially if you’re a kid. These raspberry lemonade jello squares are made with maple sugar sweetened lemonade and fresh raspberries picked straight from the garden. Fresh lemons brought the tart, and in no time there were pink squares of fun with no dyes or artificial sweeteners ready to pop and eat.

When my brother-in-law and his family came to spend the day with us, I decided to whip up a sweet treat for the eight kids. They were so excited when I pulled pink jello squares from the refrigerator at dinner. The kids had a fun and jiggly treat alongside their vegetable sticks and sandwiches.
