Gluten Free Vegan Brownies Recipe

Gluten Free Vegan Brownies Recipe

This is a rich, moist, gluten free vegan brownie with a hint of banana flavor. I love the taste combination of bananas and chocolate together, and knew they would pair perfectly in a rich brownie recipe. Everyone deserves a great brownie, no matter what kind of intolerances or allergies you suffer from. This one has just about everyone covered. It’s dairy free, egg free, nut free and gluten free. What more could you ask for? You could even take it a step further and make it sugar free by replacing the brown sugar with a Stevia baking mix, although they won’t be quite as moist. I researched many recipes and blogs before coming up with this recipe. I saw in most vegan brownie recipes, the brownies are more like fudge, without any cake like qualities. In this recipe, I recreated that dense cake quality, while keeping as much moisture as possible without having a soggy brownie. I also added dairy free chocolate chips to these brownies for even more chocolate flavor. My husband and I thought these were amazing, and were so happy that we have found a healthier version of one of our family’s favorite treats. We knew for sure they were a hit though when our toddler son went back for seconds, and thirds. They paired perfectly with the chocolate soy milk pictured.
