I have to admit I am a sucker for Girl Scout cookies. Not just any Girl Scout cookie, the thin mint cookies. They get me every.single.time. sigh I’m quite particular about them too, I think they’re best fresh out of the freezer. I’m not sure why but that’s how I like them. So when the cookies are being sold I stock up and keep them in my freezer. They don’t last long but while they do I like to make them into milkshakes too! So grab your box of cookies and follow the jump for the recipe.
