Frozen Jello Fruit Pops Recipe

Frozen Jello Fruit Pops Recipe

You are probably wondering why one of the popsicles is half gone. Well, I figured a picture is worth a thousand words and this one proves how delicious the frozen Jello fruit pops were. I wasn’t even able to get a photo before kids began to devour the pops.

These Jello fruit popsicles were so easy to make and the kids helped decide which fruit to put in each flavor of Jello.  Fun was had by all, especially when it came time to eat.

These Jello fruit pops were a hit with kids and adults, maybe even more so with the adults. The pops were scarfed down, I wish I had a video!

Frozen Jello Fruit Pop

Makes: 6 popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of any flavor Jello
  • 1 cup of fruit
  • Popsicle molds

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Jello according to the package. Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces and place into the mold. Fill with Jello in the liquid state.  Place in freezer for at least four hours before devouring.
  2. *I used several different flavors of Jello and different types of fruit. As an adult, I had never before made Jello and decided to experiment.
  3. Here are the flavors of Jello I used and the type of fruit in each: the half eaten one is a mixed berry with a little lemon mixed in with cut up plums; the red one is cherry with banana; the purple is grape with apricot; the orange is peach with nectarines.
