Turkey burgers with a little extra something.
What you'll need
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bread crumbs, onions, egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and mustard. Shape meat into 4 patties, each 1/2-inch thick. On a lightly greased broiling pan 6 inches from the heat, broil the burgers 3 to 4 minutes to a side, until no longer pink in the center. Serve on buns. Makes 4 servings.
