Get a little Southwest flavor going tonight - it's as easy as finding your favorite taco ingredients, adding tuna and filling the tortillas.
What you'll need
- 1 can or pouch (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup shredded mixed cabbage
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/4 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- Your favorite salsa
- Lime wedges
Notes:
Yields 4 servings
How to make it
- Warm up tortillas by layering damp paper towels between tortillas and microwaving for 30 seconds.
- Fill tortillas with the ingredients as desired.
- Fold and serve with your favorite salsa and a lime wedge.
- Serve immediately.
