Roasted Asparagus

Helen Cavallo makes it easy to cook healthy with her simple recipe for grilled asparagus. It doesn't get much easier than this one, as Helen proves in her YouTube video of the prep and assembly here.

What you'll need

  • One bunch of asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon or a pinch Kosher Salt

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 450.
  2. Cut off the bottom ends of the asparagus. Place the newly cut asparagus spears on your roasting pan.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and add salt to taste. 
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, then plate as a side dish.
