I may be (read: totally) obsessed with mangoes right now. It's probably the summer weather. Naturally, my obsession has me trying new recipes to see if I can't squeeze in a bit more mango into my life. These ice pops are hitting the spot. They're great on a hot summer day. The trick to keeping these pops sweet is using fully ripe mangoes.

What you'll need
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- honey
How to make it
- Blend mangoes, orange juice and coconut milk in blender until smooth. Taste. Add honey if the mixture needs more sweetness. Blend again.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.
- Pop out and enjoy!
