Herbed Pork Chops Recipe

These pork chops do great on the grill or in the oven.

What you'll need

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

How to make it

  1. Brush chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine oil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage and pepper and mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Arrange in a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, if possible. (The dish will be good even if you don't have time to marinate.)
  2. Heat coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill or under broiler. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
