What you'll need
- 1 Purple Cauliflower
- 1 Yellow Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- Pinch Kosher Salt

How to make it
- Chop cauliflower into florets, including the stems. Nothing goes to waste!
- Place the florets into a roasting tray and drizzle the top with olive oil.
- Roast everything in an oven for at 450 degrees until the cauliflower is fork tender, which should take 12-15 minutes. Depending on your oven, this may take longer but that's ok. You want slightly browned edges.
- Place the cauliflowere in striped sections to showcase the natural color and beauty of the food. Add a heavy dollop of Romesco Sauce down the middle to add another dash of color.
