No-bake cookies are one of my very favorite treats. And when I discovered Biscoff Spread and I was certain I needed to make a version with it - I love the warm spices of it combined with the cool sweetness of the cookie.
Biscoff Spread is usually located near the peanut butter in a regular grocery store, but if you can't get your hands on some, feel free to use peanut butter or Nutella instead.
