Prep Time 10 minutes
My husband is usually not a hummus fan, but when I made this version with bacon, I suddenly found myself with a half-empty bowl when I left the kitchen for ten minutes!

- 2 Tablespoons reserved chickpea liquid
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

How to make it
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except bacon. Process until smooth.
