We all love those milky creamy salad dressings but they can get a bit monotonous. When you're looking to step things up a bit, try this raspberry vinaigrette for a fresh, tart, and sweet boost of flavor. Made in just minutes in the blender using fresh raspberries, this is a homemade dressing that can't be beat!

What you'll need

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Notes:

makes 1 cup

How to make it

  1. In a blender or a food processor, combine raspberries, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend until raspberries are pureed.
  2. With the blender or food processor on, slowly drizzle the olive oil in; blending until incorporated, about 30 seconds.
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Use on mixed green, spinach, and fruit salads.
