Quick and Easy Fish Stick Wraps

Use fish sticks for an extra special meal that's delicious and nutritious.

What you'll need

  • 8 Mrs. Paul's 100 percent Whole White Fish Fillet Fish Sticks
  • 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups bagged prepared lettuce, chopped
  • 6 six-inch whole grain tortillas with sun-dried tomato and basil, chopped
  • Lite Ranch dressing

How to make it

  1. Prepare fish sticks according to package instructions.
  2. Place cooked fillet in center of each tortilla and top each one with lettuce, cheese and Ranch dressing.
  3. Roll up tortillas and serve wraps immediately.
  4. Makes 8 wraps. Serve with steamed broccoli and apple slices.
