What you'll need

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican or Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons diced green chiles, rinsed and drained
  • 4 (9 to 10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Notes:

Serves 4

How to make it

  1. Mix together chicken, 3/4 cup cheese, dressing, sour cream and green chiles in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into 4; spoon mixture along center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll and place seam-side down in 9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
