These spooky strawberries are always a hit at Halloween parties and a favorite in my daughter's lunch box for a special treat. These ghost strawberries are incredibly simple to make and are deliciously frightening!

What you'll need
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 12 strawberries
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Notes:
makes 12
How to make it
- Place a sheet of wax or parchment paper on a baking sheet. Set aside until needed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently, until smooth and melted.
- Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, one at a time, until coated. Place the coated strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently, until smooth and melted. Pour into a piping bag or a plastic food storage bag with the very tip of the corner cut off.
- On the strawberries, pipe two circles for the "eyes" and one oval for the "mouth" to look like ghosts. Place back in the refrigerator for an additional 5 minutes for the chocolate to set. Serve.
