Frozen Yogurt Covered Strawberry Pops

Frozen Yogurt Covered Strawberry Pops

Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 2 hours

When summer comes around and my daughter is out of school, I'm always looking for projects to keep her busy and healthy recipes to keep her fed. One day last summer she inspired me while playing with popsicle sticks and eating a snack of fruit and yogurt. Instantly, this recipe was born and it was a hit. Best thing is, at four-years-old she can make this recipe all by herself with little help from me. To stimulate her mind and to boost her creativity, I sometimes give her an assortment of fruits and toppings. These Frozen Yogurt Covered Strawberry Pops are perfect to keep kids of all ages busy while learning healthy snacks can be fun as well as delicious.
