This simple finger-painting technique lets your child wear her heart on her sleeve, around her collar, or anywhere else on her shirt she desires.
Materials
- T-shirt
- Fabric paint
- Paper plate
- Cardboard
Instructions
1. Start by squirting a small amount of fabric paint onto a paper plate and sliding a piece of cardboard inside the shirt.
2. Have your child dip the tip of her index finger into the paint and then stamp a heart onto the fabric by overlapping her prints. Repeat this technique to create a heart chain, a heart of hearts, or a pattern of her own choosing.
