Materials
- Tongue depressor
- Fabric scraps
- Decorative ribbon
- Yarn
- Glittery pipe cleaners
- Cardboard
- Sequins
- Markers
- Glue
Instructions
- Wrap a tongue depressor in a brightly colored fabric scrap and secure it in place with glue and a band of decorative ribbon.
- Braid lengths of yarn at both ends, tie with glittery pipe cleaners, and glue to the top of the pipe cleaner.
- Cut a small paper square and glue on sequins for the crown.
- Glue the bottom of the crown to the top of the hair.
- Draw on a sweet face with markers.
Variations:
Use a larger set of clothes to create a truly Noble Queen, or, with darker colors and fancier trim, an evil queen.
