Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process them on high until the ice is liquefied, about 1 minute. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve immediately, with a straw. Makes 2 to 3 generous servings.
