A great appetizer and party snack, plus it's good for you and the little ones.
Ingredients
- One 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)
Instructions
- Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy. Leftovers can be refrigerated, covered, for a week. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
