Materials
- Small-diameter suction cup
- Pair of 6-inch pipe cleaners
- Glue
- Small clothespin or binder clip
- Googly eyes, craft foam, and other decorative items
Instructions
- Start with a small-diameter suction cup (available with hooks for bathroom use or clips for holding fish tank hose).
- Twist together a pair of 6-inch pipe cleaners and attach one end to the suction cup. On the other, glue a small clothespin or binder clip decorated with googly eyes, craft foam, and whatever else you'd like.
