Materials
- Tongue depressor
- Felt
- Braid or lace
- Cotton ball
- Paper
- Yarn
Instructions
- Wrap a tongue depressor in felt, leaving 1 1/2 inches exposed at the top.
- Wrap a piece of contrasting felt over that for a cape. For a truly royal look, glue on a trim of braid or lace.
- Glue a bit of cotton ball to the front of the tongue depressor (for the beard) and the back (for the hair).
- Cut out a paper crown and glue it on.
- Draw on a face.
Variations:
Create a smaller suit of clothes and use yarn to create a bowl-cut hairstyle for a handsome prince.
