- Sand paper

Instructions
- Sand a switch plate, then coat it with acrylic paint. Paint wooden heart-shaped wings and decorate them with glitter glue.
- Screw the plate in place and hot-glue on a pom-pom body, googly eyes, and pipe cleaner antennae. Secure the wings with hot glue or double-sided tape.
