Fingerprint Fruits and Flowers

Total Time Needed: 1 Hour

These colorful prints are easy to create - the technique is right at your child's fingertips. Make them with fabric paint to dress up summer clothing or use tempera paint to turn plain paper into personalized stationery. (Add distinguishing details with a permanent marker.) Be sure to practice on scrap paper before creating your final prints.

Materials

  • Flowers
  • Fruit (bananas, cherries, apples, oranges)
  • Paint
