Crown your fish filet with a wholesome homemade topping!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fat-free or light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients in a small bowl. Add pepper to taste. Cover and chill until needed. Makes about 2/3 cup of tartar sauce.
