Materials
- Cardboard
- Tongue depressors
- Construction paper
- Markers
- Tissue paper
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
- Cut a car shape out of cardboard. Make sure you cut out holes for windows.
- Cover the vehicle with construction paper and decorate with markers.
- Glue on tissue paper for the car exhaust.
- Cut two circles out of construction paper for the car's wheels and then glue them onto the body of the car.
- Glue the car to the tongue depressor.
Tips:
Make sure that your vehicles are the right size to accomodate your puppets. You may want to make a few puppets before you build the vehicles.
Variations:
Make a rocket ship by following the same directions as the car, except you cut a rocket ship shape out of cardboard.
