Got a little girl who likes to go goth? Then this corpse bridesmaid costume may be the one for her. It's fun and easy, and like Sandra's other costumes, starts with raiding Mom's closet. To get started, look for an old nightgown. Wear a leotard and leggings underneath. If you complement the outfit with white makeup and black lipstick, she'll be perfectly petrifying.
Materials
- Old or thrift-store white/off-white nightgown
- Purple/gray fabric paint
- Spray bottle
- Brown and black silk flowers
- Red food coloring
- Plain head band
- Black tulle
- Black ribbon
- Scissors
- Glue gun
Instructions
Rip the nightgown at random spots to give it a distressed look.
Spray nightgown all over with watered-down purple or gray fabric paint.
Add red food coloring to the bodice for blood.
Create a ghoulish bouquet by tying silk flowers with black ribbon.
Glue black tulle onto a head band to create a veil.
